I always return to this guesthouse. They helped me with a room issue at night. Perfect place with Wi-Fi, bar/lounge, restaurant, and flat-screen TV. great for skiing, hiking, and cycling. No pets or smoking. Coming back for another weekend!

I couldn't be happier with the value for money at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a bonus balcony. The location was perfect for exploring the shops and nearby attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast option could be improved by adding more wheat/gluten-free choices.

Everything about this traditional hotel was perfect. The personnel was attentive offered me a good-sized and absolutely fantastic room with bedrooms, balcony plus a double bed. Thoroughly enjoyed early check-in and fast check-out.

The room was well-equipped with a big double bed and a balcony. The location was perfect, close to shops, the train station, mountain gondolas, bakeries. Additionally, it was near the Photopoint Kirchbrucke bridge and offered easy access to see the Matterhorn from the nearby bridge.

The breakfast offering includes coffee, tea, bread, cereal, and cheese, and the welcoming atmosphere makes us want to return.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Guesthouse By The Rex. The building had a charming atmosphere and we loved having a balcony to enjoy. The WiFi was reliable and the coffee served at breakfast was delicious. The service in the restaurant was excellent and we were very satisfied with our meals.

The mattress in our room was of poor quality, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the shower head and bathroom ventilation could use improvement.

I recently had a great stay in a charming chalet with comfortable and cozy rooms. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent, near the bridge with a view of the Matterhorn and close to the gondola to the mountains. The room was clean and spacious, with a warm atmosphere and effective heating. The breakfast was good, although I would have liked some fresh fruits. highly recommended!

The location of the downstairs restaurant was very convenient, as it was quite near to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise gondola and to bars. The hotel was also located near the center, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The staff was helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast included homemade bread.

The bathroom and shower in the room were on the smaller side, which may be a bit inconvenient for some guests.
